If anybody has a GOOD guide to flash for beginers, or a tip for somebody who is just starting out, it would be appreciated. (In the form of a comment would probably be best, please and thank you.)

Most of the things i find on Google are shit. I must not put in the right words or something, but Google is so clogged up with all that bad stuff that's completely worthless, I don't really try anymore.

Well actually I think that picture is really good! Well it's better than mine, mine's so crappy, you can't even LOOK at it without screaming. I agree with the other guys, tutorials are the best, but go onto Google as well for videos.
If there's one thing about learning flash, it need's to be VISUAL.
